These terms cover PhotoGarland. Read them before you pay.

Who we are

PhotoGarland is a product of 974 SYSTEMS LTDA. The company is registered in Brazil.

PhotoGarland is the name of the product. 974 SYSTEMS LTDA is the name of the company. Both names mean the same service.

What you buy

You buy one PDF file. A PDF file is a document that almost any device can print.

The file holds your cards. Each card carries one face on a printable sheet. You choose the paper size and the card size before you download.

You print the file yourself. You cut the cards yourself. We print nothing, and we send you nothing by mail.

Your photos

We get no rights to your photos. We get no photos at all. Your browser does all the work on them.

You keep every right you had before. This page changes none of them.

One thing comes from your side. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you add.

We cannot check this. We never see your photos, so only you can know.

What is free

You can build a garland of any size for free. You can see all of it on the screen for free.

The file itself is not free. You pay once to download it. The file carries no watermark. A watermark is a mark printed across a picture.

Price

One payment costs $4.99.

The reseller adds the tax of your country. It shows the final sum before you pay.

The price is in US dollars.

You pay once

You pay one time. We never ask for money a second time.

The payment opens the download. After that you can download any number of cards, as many times as you like.

The right stays with you for every garland. It covers the garlands you build later too. There is no subscription.

Who sells you the product

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

In plain words: Paddle is the seller on paper. Paddle takes the payment. Paddle sends you the receipt. Paddle also answers every question about money.

How you get the file

Your browser builds the file. You get it at once, right after the payment.

We do not send the file by email. You download it on the same page.

If something breaks on our side after your payment, write to us. You paid, so you get the file.

Your right to cancel

The law gives a buyer some days to cancel a digital order. The number of days depends on your country.

You ask for the product at once, and you receive it at once. So you agree to lose this right to cancel. The checkout of the reseller takes that agreement from you.

This works the same way in both rows of the table.

A refund by good will is a different thing. The next section covers it.

Refunds

Paddle handles every refund and every payment dispute. We do not handle them. Send your request to Paddle, or write to us and we will point you there.

We read every case ourselves, one by one. We answer with our own words, not with a machine reply.

You can ask for your money back within 30 days of the payment.

Which law covers this page

Our company is registered in Brazil. So Brazilian law covers this page.

Your own country gives you rights as a buyer. This page takes none of them away. It cannot do that.

The reseller is the seller on paper, so its terms cover the sale itself. This page covers only what we do.
